"Overall not bad, had lunch with sister. Food standards are maintained. There are rooms for improvement, cashier probably needs to smile abit more (doesn't felt too welcoming) , and there are some flies in the premise."

However, one area that could use improvement is the cleanliness and access control of the common restroom. Restricting its use to CBTL customers only and maintaining regular hygiene checks would better reflect the brand’s high standards. Overall, still one of the best coffee experiences in Sungai Petani, refined, reliable, and always welcoming."

"The place is quite small, so it can be quite noisy when there are many ppl. Service was okay. It depends on the situation. Can be a bit slow if there are too many people. Coffee taste also can be different, it tasted a bit bad if too many people as my always go to coffee is flat white. Please open another branch in SP, with spacious space. Take over the big S** near KFC perhaps? I like that place’s vibe. Huge ceiling. But due to boycott i’m no longer chilling there."

"1. Aglio Olio Too Spicy, but delicious not suitable for kids. 2. Staff friendly, good in explaination but lack of staff, arrived at CBTL, most of the table majority the dishes weren’t cleared and the table wasn’t cleaned. 3.There is no specific area for placing trays.There was no designated place to put the trays. 4. I cleaned the table using wet tissues and placed the leftovers and dirty plates on the chair. 5.The table arrangement makes the space cramped, and the small table has four chairs. Is this appropriate? I hope the situation at CBTL will improve in the future, as it is a place for spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones, and for celebrating special moments. Overall, I still enjoy CBTL."

"We’re using apps to order at around 12 pm funnily the estimated time is up to 4 hours… nangis nak tunggu sebb we all on the way back to Selangor.. but fortunately it’s only take about 20 mins.. The scone crumbles but the cake is nice. Our drinks awesome like always.. Nice place for lepak and toilet is clean too"

"Ordered Iced Hazelnut Americano and tasted delicious. Friendly staff and attentive when in need. It’s a self service restaurant so sometimes table was not ready as it was a bit crowded. Ambiance: Very cold air-con. Do bring jacket if you can’t stand cold. Not very spacious. But it’s comfortable enough to bring laptops and do your own work here. Only one toilet available! Be prepared to wait in line before your turn. Parking: A lot of free parking available."

"This is our first time here and there are ample parking space around the cafe so you won’t have difficulty finding a spot. The cafe is comfortable, cooling, and clean which is as expected for a newly-opened place but it is not very spacious. There is also a hidden toilet entrance at the right side of the wall which is a cool design. Our cake and beverages tasted wonderful so we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I always see the beverage and cake prices as reasonable but some of the food prices are expensive with unfulfilling portions. Service was the main issue and I can understand the workers are still getting used to their jobs at a new cafe. Each customer’s order was taken slowly and the beverages came out a bit slower than usual but I expect things to pick up in the coming weeks. At the end of the day, this cafe is a good edition to Sungai Petani and we will definitely come back again."
